Due to multiple high-dollar fraudulent transactions within the past 24 hours, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend online ordering while we review our security measures and explore additional ways to better protect our business.
Over the years, NCB Performance has grown to serve thousands of customers across the country. We are incredibly grateful for that growth and for the many loyal customers who continue to support us. However, despite our nationwide reach, we are still a small business.
Unfortunately, small businesses like ours cannot simply absorb repeated financial losses from fraudulent transactions and chargebacks. These situations have a direct impact on our ability to operate, maintain inventory, grow, and continue providing the products and services our customers depend on.
This is not a decision we take lightly. We understand that many customers rely on NCB Performance for their ATV, SXS, and snowmobile parts and accessories, and the last thing we want to do is make ordering more difficult for those who have supported us.
