2025 Canam 850 / 1000 Outlander ECU Tuning + Tuner

The wait is over! After months of testing and reverse engineering, ECU tuning for the 2025 Outlander is ready! The Gen 3 Outlander 850 and 1000 share the same 101hp+ potential engine with the 850 just having huge throttle and torque limitations holding it back. We will remove those limits and fully open up the power potential of your outlander.

Tune Features:

• 850 fully opened up to full 1000 specs  (25+ HP gain on stock machine!)
• Big HP gains on the 1000 (8+ hp on stock machine)
• Fueling optimized for your modifications
• Timing optimized for 91 octane fuel
• rev limit raised to 8800 RPM
• Speed limit removed
• Throttle limits removed and throttle mapping adjusted
• Torque limits raised / removed

Tuning device information:

• MPVI3 tuning device.
• The tuner will also perform basic diagnostics, clear CEL codes, and allow you to data log for fine tuning your engine, or to help diagnose run quality issues.
• Your ECU will need to be shipped to us to be unlocked in order for the tuner to communicate with it. All dealer communications and diagnostic will remain in place as stock.
• ECU unlock turn around time is currently 5-7 business days once received.

Tuning options:

• Option 1 – Unlock ECU, bench flash to remove limiters, lower fan temps, NO fueling or timing mods.
• Option 2 – Unlock ECU, bench flash to remove limiters, lower fan temps, fueling for common intake and exhaust mods. Please note exhaust at checkout.
• Option 3 – All features from option 2 plus HP tuner RTD module and adapter cable with full remote tuning support. ECU will be bench flashed with base tune prior to returning.

If purchasing the complete package from us, your ECU must be shipped to our West Monroe location to be unlocked. We will then forward it to HPT for unlocking which typically takes 7-9 business days to turn around. We recommend using UPS or Fedex and putting $1000 insurance on your ECU in case it gets lost.

We will contact you once your ECU arrives to go over your mods to properly tune your ECU.
