JAY PARTS VARIOMATIC KIT POLARIS ATV

The stock Teflon wear plate pops out and causes your vehicle to be hard to shift and the ATV to drive slowly on its own.
The phenomenon occurred with the 1000 cc ATV engines, with the 850 cc models was only the wear within 1200-1800 miles but rarely noticed, because no abrupt misbehavior was felt!

Jay Parts has the solution to this with the Variomatic kit made of 7075 aluminum and a special POM compound that affects the "slipstick effect". Thus we have developed a very low wear design.

The kit has been successfully tested in 8 vehicles for more than 5000 miles in all applications!
Also it was tested by 2 vehicles in racing successfully.
