Sturdy aluminum bearing clamp in combination with the special bushing made of a highly abrasion-resistant and self-lubricating plastic is used at Jay Parts. The bushings are equipped with a spiral groove to distribute the grease optimally over a grease nipple on the entire bearing surface. This prevents the ingress of water and dust.

IMPORTANT
If the bearing surface of the steering column is already worn (metal abrasion present), even our system will not bring any improvement. In this case, we also recommend a new steering column.
