The Can-Am Outlander G2 Split Dual APX exhaust system represents the pinnacle of off-road performance, crafted for those who accept nothing but the best. Constructed from all aluminum with CNC machined brackets at every critical point, it eliminates the need for weak weld points, ensuring unmatched durability. This system is a meticulous design product featuring custom-built, CAD-drawn extruded aluminum cans with a distinctive shape unique to APX.

Tuning is highly recommended when installing any aftermarket exhaust to achieve optimum performance from your machine. With tuning we also recommend upgrading your spark plugs from the "cheap" plugs that came in your machine! 

Tuning gains/benefits:

• 7-10 HP Gains (each machine is different, elevation does effect power, and must run 91 non-ethanol fuel.
• Rev limits raised 
• Revised fueling
• Speed limiter removed
• Break sensor reduced (popular with our racers)
• Fan temp lowered to 18/180

Tuner Options:

Power Vision 3 - Requires access to a Windows operated PC - Can mount tuner on machine for live data feed viewing. Not recommended if you are mudding / mud racing. 

Power Vision 4 - Requires an Apple or Android device W/ Bluetooth capability. You will also need cellular or internet access.

Powder Coating / Cerakote:

• Exhaust tips can be powder coated. However, we recommend not requesting light colors (Neon Green, Yellow, neon Pink) as they do discolor (darken) over time. 
• Cerakoting the exhaust body (can) is the best choice. Cerakoting will hold up the longest vs Powder Coating. 
• We have over 100 colors in stock. If selecting powder coating we will contact you directly in 1-3 business days to confirm options. 
• Powder & Cerakoting can take up to 5-7 business days to complete (especially during peak season). 

**We always recommend running the exhaust (allowing it to heat and cool), then removing all exhaust screws (tip, cap, and header pipe), and reinstall with blue threadlocker**
